Thank you for using our products and services ("Services”). The services are provided by Grassroots Plus Limited. ("Grassroots Plus", "Grassroots +"), based in Cheshire, UK.

By using our Services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Read them carefully.

We offer many different types of Services, so sometimes additional terms or product requirements may apply (including age limits).

Additional terms are provided in connection with the relevant Services, and these additional terms become part of your agreement with us if you use the Services in question.

Use of our services

You must follow all policies that you access through the Services.

Do not abuse our Services. For example, you may not interfere with our Services or attempt to access them using a different method than the interface and the instructions that we provide. You may use our Services only in accordance with applicable laws, including applicable export and re-export laws and regulations. We may cancel or terminate providing you with our Services if you fail to comply with our terms or policies or if we investigate suspected irregularities.

By using our Services, you do not acquire any intellectual property rights to our Services or the content you access. You may not use content from our Services unless you obtain permission from the content owner or otherwise may use it by law. These terms and conditions do not entitle you to use any trademarks or logos used in our Services. You may not remove, hide or modify any legal messages that appear in or in connection with our Services.

Some content that does not belong to Grassroots Plus appears in our Services. The responsibility for this content rests entirely on the company that makes it available. We may review content to determine whether it is illegal or violates our policies and remove or refuse to display content that we reasonably consider to violate our policies or law. It does not necessarily mean that we review content, so do not assume we do.

In connection with your use of the Services, we may send messages about services, administrative messages and other information to you. You can opt out of certain types of such communication.

Your account

You need a Grassroots Plus account to use our Services. Protect your Grassroots Plus account by keeping the password secret. You are responsible for all activity that occurs in or through your Grassroots Plus account. Do not use the password for your Grassroots Plus account in external services or applications. If you become aware of unauthorised use of your password or your Grassroots Plus account, you should first change your password. You can also contact support@grassrootsplus.co.uk for action.

Privacy and copyright

The Grassroots Plus Privacy Policy lets you read how we handle your personal information and protect your privacy when using our Services. By using our Services, you agree that Grassroots Plus may use this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Your content in our services

In some of our Services, you can transfer, submit, store and send or receive content. You retain the intellectual property rights that you have with that content. That which belongs to you, therefore, continues to belong to you.

When you upload, submit, store and send or receive content to or through our Services, you provide Grassroots Plus (and our affiliates) with a global license to use, host, save, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as translations, customisations, or modifications that we make so that your content works better with our Services), communicate, publish, publicly publicise and distribute content. The rights you grant on the license only apply for the purpose of pushing, marketing and improving our Services, as well as developing new Services. This license continues to apply as long as you have an account on Grassroots Plus even if you cease using our Services.

Our automated systems analyse your content to provide you with product features relevant to you, such as custom offers. The analysis takes place when the content is sent, received or when it is stored.

For more information about how Grassroots Plus uses and stores content, see the Privacy Policy. If you submit comments and suggestions regarding our Services, we may use your comments and suggestions without any obligations to you.

User generated content

As a condition of use, you promise not to use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree not to use the Services:

To abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate any person
To post or transmit, or cause to be posted or transmitted, any Visual Content or Communication that are libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, offensive, profane, or that infringes any right of any person.

Grassroots Plus allows users of our Services to report user generated content. If the user generated content is in any violation of these Terms, the content may be subject for removal.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users using our Services, Grassroots Plus reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other users.

About software in our services

When a Service requires or includes downloadable software, this software may be automatically updated on your device when a new version or feature becomes available. Some Services may allow you to change your auto-update settings.

Grassroots Plus gives you a personal, global, royalty free, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use software that Grassroots Plus provides you as part of the Services. The sole purpose of this license is that you will be able to use the Services as provided by Grassroots Plus in accordance with these terms and conditions. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent any part of our Services or our included software, nor shall you reverse-compile or attempt to extract the source of any such software except to the extent that these restrictions are prohibited by law or if you have written permission from us.

Open source software is important to us. Some software used in our Services may be offered under an open source license that we make available to you. There may be provisions in the open source license that expressly prevail over some of these terms.

Modification and termination of our services

We constantly change and improve our Services. We may add or remove features and we may remove or cancel a Service altogether.

You may stop using our Services at any time, by simply giving 1 months notice to support@grassrootsplus.co.uk. Grassroots Plus may also cease to provide you with our Services at any time, or add or impose restrictions on the Services.

We believe that your information belongs to you and that your access to these data is important. If we cancel a Service, we will, whenever reasonably possible, provide you with a reasonable notice and a chance to retrieve your information from the Service.

Acceptable use of our platform

A 'User' is someone who has a unique record within the system.
A 'User' record may not be shared between individuals and must remain private and the responsibility of that names individual.
A licenced 'User' is any person within the system that has a role of 'Admin', 'Manager' or 'Coach'.
Users MUST not use inappropriate language or statements within the platform. Grassroots Plus reserve the right to remove any content that include or insinuates non-comformant behaviour.

Our guarantees and disclaimers

We provide our Services with a commercially reasonable level of knowledge and care, and we hope you will enjoy them. However, there are some things we do not promise about our Services.

UNLESS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED BY THESE CONDITIONS OR FURTHER TERMS, THE WARRANTY OF GRASSROOTS PLUS OR THESE SUPPLIERS OR DISTRIBUTES ANY SPECIFIC RULES ON THE SERVICES. For example, WE DO NOT EXCLUDE ANY COMMITMENTS CONCERNING THE CONTENT OF THE SERVICES, THE SERVICE'S SPECIFIC FUNCTION, THEIR RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR OBJECTIVE TO SUPPLY YOUR NEEDS.

Responsibility for our services

WHEN IT IS ALLOWED BY LAW IS GRASSROOTS PLUS AND GRASSROOTS PLUS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LIABLE, INCIDENTAL, OR LOST DATA, ECONOMIC OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, DAMAGES FOR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LIABILITY DAMAGES, INSURANCE DAMAGES, LIABILITY DAMAGES.

UNLESS IT IS ALLOWED BY THE LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF GRASSROOTS PLUS AND THESE SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, FOR ANY RESPONSIBILITY UNDER THESE CONDITIONS, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SHOULD BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID TO US TO USE THE SERVICES (OR, IF WE SELECT, TO DELIVER THE SERVICES TO YOURSELF).

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, GRASSROOTS PLUS AND THESE SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE WHICH CAN NOT BE ESTABLISHED.

Company, association or association use ("Company") of our services

If you use our Services in Company Name, it is the Company that accepts these terms. The Company shall indemnify Grassroots Plus and its subsidiaries, partners, officials, representatives and employees against any claims, moods and other processes arising out of or arising out of your use of the Services or as a consequence of breach of contract, including any liability or expense incurred in and with any claims, losses, damages, moods, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys fees.

About these terms

We may change these terms or conditions, such as a Service, such as reflecting changes in law or in our Services. We will notify you when we update the Terms. Changes do not apply retroactively. If you do not accept the changed Terms of Service, stop using the Service.

These terms govern the relationship between Grassroots Plus and you. They do not create any privileges for any third party. Failure to follow these terms and we do not take action directly does not mean we waive any rights we may have (for example, taking action in the future).

If it turns out that a certain condition is not enforceable, it will not affect any other terms.

UK law shall apply to all disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or services. All claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or Services shall be solely resolved by the UK court or by simplified arbitration, and you and Grassroots Plus will accept that these courts have jurisdiction.
